RPM operates an in-house machine shop supporting our motor repair work and taking external precision machining jobs. Having machining in the same building as the rewinding shop means shaft and housing repairs happen without shipping the job out.

Motor shafts — new shafts, shaft extensions, journal build-up and re-machining, keyway cutting and repair
End shields and bearing housings — bore repair, sleeving, re-machining to size
Bearing sleeves and bushes — manufactured to fit worn housings
Couplings and adaptors — including custom mounting adaptors for non-matching replacement motors
